Member FAQ

1. How do I search for a model?
   You can search for models by using the filters located on the Homepage.  You can filter by model gender and location, or by their rating.  You can also search by using the search box located on the Homepage.  Results will display videos and models matching your search terms.  
    
2. Are all videos live?
   All of the video chats feature live video.  With the live chats, you will be able to talk to and interact with the model.  Pre-recorded videos are also available for purchase and could be previous cam sessions or other performances recorded by the model.  You will be able to watch the video, but there will be no chat or interaction with the model..
    
3. How can I tell if a model is online?
   Online models will always show up first on the homepage with an "online" notation displaying in their profile picture.  Also, on the model’s profile page, there will be an “I’m online. Enter my chat room” button visible if they are online.  
    
4. Can I be notified when a model comes online? 
   Yes.  After logging in to your member account, simply click “Notify me via email when this model comes online” on the model’s profile page and you’ll receive an email when that model is online.
    
5. Can I tip a model if they are offline?
   Yes.  If a model is offline, there will be an “I’m offline. Leave Me a Tip” button on their profile page.
    
6. How can I see a model’s rates? 
   A model’s rates will be listed under the “Model Prices (tokens/min)” section of their profile page. You can also see a model's rate by hovering your mouse pointer over the the Private and  Group buttons in chat.  The model's rate for Spy viewing is shown on the page when the model is already in Private chat.
   
   Standard rates are:
        Private: 40 tokens per minute
        Group: 10 tokens per minute per viewer (minimum 3)
        Spy: 20 tokens per minute
    
7. Can I go totally private with a model, No Spying?
   Yes, for an additional token per minute
    
8. What is Free Chat?
   Free chat is a chat room with unlimited viewers and it doesn’t cost tokens to participate.  It’s the perfect place to get to know a model.  You may tip a model while in free chat.  
    
9. What is Group Chat?  
   Group chat is a paid chat session that allows 3 or more members to chat together in private room with a model.  To request a group show, click the “Group” button while in free chat.  This will send a message to the chat room that 2 more members are required to start a group chat.  Once those members have joined, the users and the model will be redirected to a private chat room.  The group chat session ends when the last member has left, run out of tokens or if the model chooses to end the chat.  
    
10. What is Private Chat?
    Private chat is a one-on-one session between you and a model.  If you have tokens in your account, you can click the “Private” button within a model’s chat to request a private session.  The model can choose to accept or decline this invitation.  If accepted, the private show will start and you and the model will be redirected to a new, private chat room where only you can chat with the model.   
    
    During a private show, other members are allowed to spy on the show for a cost.  They will be able to see and hear the show; however, they will not be able to chat with the model.  
     
11. What is Spy Chat?
    If a model is in a private or group session, you may enter the room as a "Spy".  This is a paid session where you will be able to view the model's video feed, but you will be unable to chat or interact with the model.  However, you may tip the model while in Spy Chat.
     
     
12. How do I add a model to my Favorites?  
    While in chat with a model, simply click on the “Add to Favorites” button.  To access your Favorites, click the “My Favorites” tab at the top of the page.  If at any time you wish to remove a model from this list, simply click the “Remove from Favorites” button while in chat or click the "remove" link in the “My Favorites” section.  
     
13. How do I update my contact information? 
    To update your contact information, login and then click on your username in the top right corner of the page.  This will redirect you to your personal dashboard.  Click on “Account Info” to the left, and then select the “My Profile” link.  Once there, yu simply click the “Edit Profile” tab at the top.  After you’ve made the changes, click the “Save Profile Info” button.  
     
14. How do I send an email to a model or another member?  
    To send an email to a model or another member, login and then click on your username in the top right corner of the page.  This will redirect you to your personal dashboard.  Click on “Community” to the left, and then select the “Message Center” link.  You should see your inbox and outbox tabs.  Click the “Compose Message” link.  In the “Message To” field, you can either select someone that’s on your friends list or you can manually type the model or member’s username in the field.  Click “Send Message” when you are finished composing the email.

 

15. How do I report abuse or inappropriate behavior?  
    Go to the Report Inappropriate Use of the Website page and follow the detailed instructions. 
     
16. How do I turn the translation feature on?
    To enable the translation feature, please follow these directions
      - Enter in a chat room
      - Put a check in “Translate Chat” located below the chat and select your language from the “I write in:” dropdown list
      - The translated text will be in parentheses
    

 

17. Can a model see my webcam? 
    Yes, a model can view a member's webcam while in private chat only.  
    To turn your webcam on, simply hover your mouse over the model's video and you will see some options display.  Click "My Camera" and your video feed should display.  
    Note: To enter private chat, you must be a registered member with tokens. 

1. Do I need special software to view a cam show?
   The site should work with any of the newer browsers.  You will also need to have the latest Adobe Flash Player plugin installed.   
    
2. What happens if I am disconnected during a show? 
   If either you or the model loses connection, just refresh the page and attempt to reconnect to the session.
    
3. How do I end a chat with a model? 
   You can end a chat by simply navigating away from the chat window or closing the popup chat window.  If you are in a paid chat session, billing will end as soon as you end the chat.   
    
4. What if I can’t view a model’s chat?
   Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash installed by clicking here. 

Privacy and Security

1. Is my online purchase via credit card secure? 
   Yes.  All transactions are processed using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology which is designated by a padlock icon in Internet Explorer and Firefox.  SSL encrypts the transmission of your payment information in such a way that only the parties involved in the transaction can read the information.  In addition, your information will never be shared with a third party.
    
2. Is my information safe with you?  
   Our join form, and any forms on our site where you enter credit card information are completely safe and sent using SSL (Secure Socket Layer), a form of safely encrypted communication that passes between your computer and the bank's system.  
   
   Our staff will never ask for your account or credit card information in a chat room.  You should NEVER give that information to models or other visitors in the chat rooms.  Models do not have access to your account or billing information. If there is a problem with your account, we will always contact you personally.
